  1. I hope all these buildings & condos are soundproof. If people are spending $500,000 & up & you
don’t have any means of eliminating noise, it could be a living nightmare, regardless of age. I have
heard many people complain of lack of sleep in the No.End/Waterfront area. It is very difficult to
go to work on very little sleep & perform ones duties. I wish these owners the best.

  2. Good windows go a long way in my experience. This is probably an issue in some buildings but tbh if I am spending that kind of money I would also spend some on sound proofing if needed.

    1. DBB I wish you the best, but windows are not going to cut it. I am also talking soundproofing in
      your apt. or condo.

My point DBB is who wants to spend more money on soundproofing when you already spent Half Million – to Million or
better, this should be automatic. The best way to buy is pre-constructed & it is cheaper for the
buyer to soundproof before ceilings, walls & floors are installed. If you buy after construction the
soundproofing of ceilings & floors is astronomical.
