The Zoning, Licensing and Construction (ZLC) Committee of the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) will have a meeting on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, 7:00 p.m. at the Mariner’s House, 11 North Square, 2nd Floor.
