6:30pm North Washington St. Bridge Rehabilitation Meeting [150 Staniford Street, Unit 7]
Design Public Hearing for the MassDOT Proposed North Washington Street Bridge Replacement Project (aka the Charlestown Bridge). The purpose of the project is to replace the existing structurally deficient bridge which is in an advanced state of deterioration with an aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective new bridge that would meet current design standards and can accommodate projected traffic volumes with improved bicycle and pedestrian access and use.

12:00pm North End Christmas Fund Luncheon at Filippo’s Ristorante [283 Causeway Street]
It’s time to get your tables and tickets for the annual North End Christmas Fund Luncheon, tickets are available at NEW Health and the Nazzaro Center. $20 is requested to purchase tickets or to make a donation of any amount. Last year, over 200 checks were sent out to needy North End Families and elderly. View the event post.

Friday, December 18

6:00pm Caroling at the Greenway Carousel
The performances will be 6-6:30PM, followed by free hot chocolate and treats by popular Greenway and Boston Public Market vendors. The Greenway Carousel will be open late until 7pm for each of these events. View the event post.

Saturday, December 19

6:00pm St. Leonard’s Choral Christmas Concert at Sacred Heart Church
The Saint Leonard Choral Society together with The North End Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Dr. Dan Drzymalski, will present at Sacred Heart Church Versi e Voci di Natale, The Music and Poetry of Christmas, an Italian-American Christmas concert. Tickets may be purchased at the door or at Saint Leonard Parish office.
