Property Modifications Planned at 221-227 Commercial Street, Former Lavanderia/Gas Station

A notice was posted to notify abutters that work is being planned at 221-227 Commercial Street, the former site of a Lavanderia shop and a gas station before that. Incident Report: Suspicious Package Detonated, Broken Dry Cleaners Window, Bakery Customer Assaulted

In addition to the suspicious package being left by a homeland security vehicle on Atlantic Avenue, the neighborhood had two particular incidents involving BPD, including a broken window at a Fleet Street dry cleaners and a pickpocket dispute that led to a fight, view the report.
