North Ender Competes in Head of the Charles 2015

The Boston Latin Girls Crew team raced a boat in the Women’s Youth Four event in the 2015 Head of the Charles rowing competition. Dani Pezzuto from the North End was part of the team along with Emma DeMailly, JP; Emily Xie, West Roxbury; Somer Ellis, JP and Charlotte Russell, Charlestown. Their finish in the top 50% qualifies their team to race again in HOCR 2016. Congratulations!

Boston Latin Girls Varsity Crew competed in the Crew Junior National Championships in New Jersey this month.  Representing the North End was Dani Pezzuto (3rd from right) and her teammates in the Girls Varsity Lightweight 8+ race.

  1. Dani Pezzuto is a wonderful young lady! She always has a smile on her beautiful face.
    She was one of the best lifeguards down the North End Pool that I have seen in many, many years!
