Upcoming NEWRA Meetings:

The next ZLC Committee meeting is scheduled for July 28, 2015 at the Mariner’s House, 11 North Square.

The Parks and Open Spaces Committee will meet on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at the Mariner’s House, 11 North Square.

The August 13th monthly NEWRA meeting is scheduled to be at the ABCD Center, 1 Michelangelo Street. This is a location change because the Nazzaro Center is closed.

Fireworks Alert! There will be fireworks over Boston Harbor on Sunday, July 12th to celebrate the Queen Mary 2 visit to Boston between 9 and 10pm. Mark your calendars for Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015 when there will also be fireworks over Boston Harbor by TBHA to celebrate Labor Day weekend.

Parks Meeting Addresses Deteriorating Condition of North End Parks & Open Spaces

A large crowd of North End residents gathered on Tuesday night to discuss how to improve the neighborhood’s parks and playgrounds. The meeting was chaired by Anne M.
