Neighbors around Public Alley 101 missed the big group photo on the Prado for Boston Shines, but are just as deserving of credit for cleaning up their neck of the neighborhood. One of the classic (and cleanest) North End alleys, Public Alley 101 traverses Richmond Street to Cross Street, parallel to old Commercial Street.
