The Eliot K-8 Innovation School was featured on NBC News this week in anticipation of the Boston Teachers’ Union’s vote on expanding the school day by 40 minutes in grades K-8.

Beginning last September, the Eliot School added one hour to the BPS’ typical six hour school day.

The TV news report features scenes from the Eliot and Harvard Kent, with interviews by Principal Traci Walker Grifith and Mayor Marty Walsh.
