Monday, November 17

5:30pm NEAD Family Dinner/Talk at Nazzaro Center, 30 N. Bennet St.
North End Against Drugs will have their family dinner/family talk with food from Limoncello’s on North Street. Acting MassDOT Secretary and CEO Frank DePaola will be the guest speaker. 6:00pm Abutters Meeting at 102-104 Prince Street [Corner of Prince and Thacher Streets]
Please be advised that this public meeting has been scheduled in regards to the petition of Joyce Pedi. The petitioner has filed to change the legal occupancy of the existing premises to five residential units and construct a one-story addition at 104 Prince Street. The petitioner has also filed to construct a one-story addition at 102 Prince Street with no change in legal occupancy.

Please be advised that this public meeting has been scheduled in regards to the petition of Seth Nock located at 16-18 Battery Street. The petitioner has filed to change the legal occupancy of the existing premises from 9 residential units to 10 residential units and construct a one-story addition and private roof deck.

204 Hanover Street LLC will go before the Board of Appeals Zoning Variance Hearing: Change occupancy from 1 apartment, 1 office, 1 retail store to 1 apartment, 1 office and restaurant. Change will allow work to include a new restaurant (Pomodoro’s) at first floor and basement.

1:00pm 420 Commercial Street Zoning Variance Hearing at Boston City Hall, Rm 801
420 Commercial Street: Change use from gas station to fitness center with (small) take out w/office.

5:00pm Boston Harbor Association Annual Meeting at Long Wharf, Gate 3

[Boston Harbor Community Church, 9 Salutation St, Boston] NEMPAC Music Theatre Troupe presents the Musical, “HONK Jr” in two performances, in the North End! Our Music Theatre Troupe is a group of 20-25 children and teens from our community who receive acting, singing, and dance training in NEMPAC’s most popular program!
