The North End has a new salon, Bow & Arrow, at 215 Hanover Street (Suite 201) in what owners Kellyn Jones and Jill Miller call “A Beauty Collective.” The new full service salon is serving women and men using environmentally friendly products that are also available for sale.
“We wanted to bring a different kind of salon to the heart of Boston’s North End. One that brings the products and concepts we value to our clients,” stated founding partner Kellyn Jones. Ms. Jones and Ms. Miller have worked in Boston’s North End for over 16 years, building relationships and knowledge in the latest beauty and wellness trends.
Adding to the artistic feel of the store, Bow & Arrow is offering consignment opportunities to local Boston artists, displaying and selling their creations in the salon.
Bow & Arrow’s online booking feature allows clients to select services they would like at their next appointment, then searches for the first available dates accommodating their selections, eliminating timely negotiations with a receptionist.
Hair services include cut, color and styling. Spa services include eyelash extensions, waxing services, facials, and airbrush tanning.
The salon will be hosting an Open House to celebrate its grand opening on September 26, 2014 from 5 p.m.-7:30 p.m. The grand opening celebration is open to the public and is free for all ages to attend.
