Heavens Open Up as Statue of Saint Anthony Arrives Home to Downpour of Rain and Confetti

For its grand finale, the statue of Sant’ Antonio was met with the usual confetti guns, but also a heavy rain downpour.   1. I would like to commend whoever was responsible for cleaning the streets each evening of this Feast. I live in the Prince Building and my bedroom window overlooks Lewis St. I saw the huge crowds each night, especially Sunday night, and Monday morning the street was pristine. Grazie…
