Queen Elizabeth was the talk of the town during her 1976 Bicentennial visit to the North End. Her majesty is captured here in the Prado (Paul Revere Mall) by Toni Gilardi who says, “I called to her, she was so sweet as she posed for me. I was so proud that she took the time for a little American girl!”
