From its inception a few years ago, My Cousin’s Place was a regular stop for former Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino. Thus, the folks at the Hanover Street coffee shop were thrilled to have current Mayor Marty Walsh stop in, shown below with Darlene D’Elia.

Richmond Street in Boston’s North End was transformed from a road connecting Atlantic Ave. and Hanover St. to a flooded mess after a water main broke last Wednesday morning. The Old North Gift Shop received a new roof this week, courtesy of a matching grant from the Freedom Trail Foundation.
