Boston’s July 4th 3rd Esplanade fireworks show, with the Beach Boys but not the 1812 Overture, finished just minutes before a torrential downpour rained down over the city. Here is a snapshot of the fireworks as seen from the North End rooftops. Also note the Pru on the far left of the photo is decked out in red, white and blue!
