2014 North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) Election Results are In!

The annual North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council election was held on Saturday, May 17th at the Nazzaro Center.  With seven candidates on the official ballot aiming for one of the six open seats, voting was open to North End residents from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and shortly after 3pm the total votes were counted.

Votes Breakdown:

2014 NEWNC Vote Tally – 289 Total Ballots
(Top six candidates are elected to NEWNC)

1. 185 Votes – Marie Simboli
2. 162 Votes (tie) – Anne Devlin Tagliaferro
3. 162 Votes (tie) – Gennaro Riccio
4. 134 Votes – Ryan Kenny
5. 126 Votes – Jessica Dello Russo
6. 110 Votes – John Pregmon

7. 76 Votes – Damien DiPaola (Write-In Candidate)
8. 46 Votes – Anne Altieri
