This is the second year that the North End Beautification Committee is decorating the North End streets for the holidays. The sound of Christmas carols drifted through the North End streets on Wednesday night for this year’s Christmas in July at the Gassy (DeFilippo Playground), sponsored by ROC – Teen Saturday and Regina Pizzeria.
