The Good Neighbor Recognition Award for December 2013 was presented to Billy Tse and his namesake restaurant at 290 Commercial Street. The award was given by the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA).
The presentation was made by NEWRA President Jim Salini, Recognition Committee Chair Janet Gilardi and member Michele Morgan at Billy Tse Restaurant.
The monthly award is voted by NEWRA’s Executive Committee and given to local businesses, organizations and property owners that consistently keep the areas around their property clean of trash and debris.
