The holiday activities are starting this week with the Columbus Park Trellis Lighting and then it is on to the Thanksgiving holiday. Be sure to plan ahead and get to your destination safely. Whether you’re hanging around the neighborhood or traveling, nobody likes to be in a rush. Thanksgiving brings turkey, apple pie and football as family and friends gather. In case you can’t wait for Thursday to start the festivities, catch some of these events!

This will be the eleventh annual lighting of the park’s signature trellis. Santa Claus will be there along with music from Magic 106.7, cookies from the Marriott Long Wharf and Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate!
The entire 260 foot trellis, the architectural centerpiece of the park, will be set aglow by more than 100,000 white and blue lights, as it has for the last 10 years. NEMPAC will be performing too. Join us to kick off the holiday season!
