This Week’s Events Add Excitement to Short Work Week

As if the Patriots and Red Sox didn’t get everyone pumped up – having a short work week can really raise everyones moral, and so can some of these events this week! Tuesday, October 15
7:00pm RUFF Monthly Meeting at Nazzaro Center
Nazzaro Center, 30 N. Bennet St.
RUFF will be giving an update on plans for the fall and winter. Working to keep Richmond Street dog run functional during the harsh winter months will be a main topic of discussion.

Wednesday, October 16
9:00am St. John School Open House
Open House at St. John School for New Families
2014-2015 Registration for K3 – Grade 8
New families are invited to join us for an open house at St. John School. Principal, Karen McLaughlin will give an information presentation, which will be followed by school tours. The open house will be held in the school cafeteria. Please enter through the main entrance.

5:30pm RUFF Richmond St Play Time and Clean Up
RUFF is very grateful that Richmond Street park has been cleaned up and maintained. Monthly we will plan one dedicated night to bringing our pups to Richmond to play. RUFF hopes that more residents will come use this area for dog play. While there we will tidy up the park to keep it in the best shape possible.

Lightning-fast and fun for all ages, The Made-Up Matinee is a fully-improvised show that incorporates kids and parents alike with family-friendly comedy. 1:00pm Paul Revere House – Paper Marbling
See how colonial craftsmen created eye-catching marbled papers. Watch as R. P. Hale floats pigments in water, swirls the colors, then transfers the designs to paper. It may look like magic but Hale will explain the very real science behind this fascinating phenomenon.
