Bike rack at Hanover and Richmond ?
I walked passed Richmond and Hanover this afternoon and did not see a bike rack. I did see a bike locked to the street sign (parking) on Richmond, a bike chained to the hand rail on the steps going to Sovereign Bank and a bunch of Mike’s pastry debris on the brick ledge in front of Century bank but unless it is invisible…there is no bike rack at that location.
