Election Day (Preliminary Election) For Boston Mayor and City Council
Don’t Forget to Vote! Polls are open 7am to 8pm. In this primary, two mayoral candidates, two district city councilor candidates and eight city councilor at-large candidates (for 4 open seats) will be selected. City elections are not party-specific. All registered voters can vote. See our Voter Information page to find out where to vote.
