I am shocked the huge wheels of fire crackers are still allowed to be lit off. Besides being extremely annoying and as far as I know, illegal, they are dangerous. In a city where we were all scrambling a few months ago as backpack bombs were set off in a crowd, I find it scary how short our memories can be. If someone set these firecrackers off on North St a within 2 weeks after the marathon bombings they would be put in jail, however now its completely acceptable. I don’t get it.
