Procession Video: Santa Maria di Anzano through Christopher Columbus Park and Boston’s North End

Santa Maria di Anzano was honored on June 2, 2013 with a procession through Boston’s North End. The procession coincided with the Festa Nazionale della Reppublica and the statue was presented at the celebration in Christopher Columbus Park by Society President Elio LoRusso. Accompanying the procession of was the traditional Italian marching music of the Italian-American Band.

Busy Fall Planned by the Friends of Christopher Columbus Park

The Friends of Christopher Columbus Park (FOCCP) met this week at the Mariner’s House to plan a busy Fall season at the park.
