The Summer 2013 Religious Processions and Feasts are getting underway in Boston’s North End. Kicking off the season on Sunday, June 2nd at 2:00 pm is the procession in honor of Santa Maria di Anzano. Wonderful information for those of us who love the North End feasts! Please check the accuracy of the date for the Madonna delle Grazie feast…it is listed as July 7 and should be July 14 according to the tradition upheld for, I believe 110 years. The feast has always been celebrated on the second Sunday in July which is July 14 this year. Thanks for your great coverage of all things of interest to NorthEnders and former NorthEnders.
