Photos of what the North End / Waterfront looked like under Friday’s “Shelter in Place” lockdown as the manhunt continued in Watertown. The streets were fairly free of vehicles, but we found several neighborhood shops open for business. North Enders have an interesting definition of “shelter in place.” Love this neighborhood! I’m getting slush.
