North End resident and property manager, Olivia Scimeca, has been awarded the Good Neighbor Recognition Award by the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) for January 2013.

The monthly award is voted by NEWRA’s Executive Committee and given to local businesses and residents that consistently keep their sidewalk and street gutters clean of trash and debris.
