The City of Boston’s 2012 Trolley Tour and Tree Lighting visited the North End’s Paul Revere Mall (aka Prado) on Sunday afternoon. Mayor Thomas Menino is still recuperating so City Councilor Sal LaMattina and First Lady of Boston Angela Menino led the holiday celebration including caroling, a visit with Santa and the lighting of the Prado Christmas Tree. Also present were State Rep. Aaron Michlewitz, Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis, BPD Captain Tom Lee and several city officials.
