Veteran’s Day is observed on Monday. We thank and honor all military personnel, especially veterans who have sacrificed for our country.

Public schools and offices are closed for the holiday.

Monday is the last family day at the USS Constitution Museum to write letters to the troops and participate in other special activities, 10am – 5pm.

There are several meetings and events this week in the neighborhood. Get involved and check out the Events Calendar.

Neighborhood Photo of the Day:

I took this photo in the Spring when a costumed patriot was standing in front of The Memorial Garden informally known as the “Dog Tag Memorial” between the Prado and Old North Church. The memorial remembers those veterans who lost their lives in the wars of Iraq and Afghanistan.
