“Anna Gun,” Coviello, 79 years of age, of Boston’s North End, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 30 2012.
Cherished daughter of the late Frank & Assunta Mandarano and loving wife of Carmine Coviello, she leaves her beloved sons John Coviello & his wife Jennifer of Woburn, Michael Coviello of the North End, and the late Carmine Anthony Coviello. She was “Nanna” to four cherished grandchildren; Katherine, Susannah, John & Nicholas “Nick Nack” Coviello, devoted and loving friend of Phyllis Carangelo, sister of the late Anthony “Ben Gun” Mandarano and beloved cousin of Josette Mandarano Burts, as well as many loving siblings the world over, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins.
Funeral from the Boston Harborside Home, 580 Commercial St., Boston, MA 02109 at 8:45AM on Thursday, Oct. 4 followed by a 9:45 Mass at St. Leonard’s Church, Boston. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden to follow. Family will be accepting visitors at Boston Harborside Home from 4-8PM on Wednesday. Parking on Commercial Street with attendants.
