The Saco and Venzetti Commemoration Society is sponsoring a free lecture by Ted Grippo on Wednesday, 7pm, August 29, 2012 at Dante Alighieri, 41 Hampshire St., Cambridge. Grippo will talk about recent evidence supporting a conspiracy to frame the North End Italians, Sacco and Vanzetti.

It depicts Salem St. looking towards Cross St. The photographer was most likely standing near Blackstone St. in front of the new Boston farmer’s Market.
