Male suspect arrested for Disorderly Person on Endicott St. after causing a disturbance while attending a neighborhood feast.

Male victim reports after leaving a party on No. Margin St., his girlfriend was attacked by 2 unknown girls, the victim reports he tried to break it up and he was punched several times in the face by an unknown male suspect. Victim treated at MGH.

    That’s not very informative. Are we talking about someone peeing in an alleyway, or a violent rape?

    1. Steve…the police generally do not release much info about sex offenses. If it had been a violent rape I think there would have been some sort of communication from the police, something they have usually done in the past .the North end grapevine certainly would have been all abuzz about a violent rape. Don’t have any info on what happened.

    2. Someone urinating in an alleyway would be classified as indecent exposure, which is actually under disorderly conduct and not a sexual offense.
