San Rocco 2012 Procession – Musical Moments [Video]

In addition to the photos we previously posted of the San Rocco procession, here are a few video clips of some musical moments. Included is the statue of San Rocco getting ready for the procession along with Portuguese dancing by Rancho Folclorico de Peabody accompanied by the Roma Band and Northeast Italian Band. Always a highlight is when the band goes into Pizzeria Regina to the shock and awe of visiting customers. The procession was on Sunday afternoon, July 15, 2012 in Boston’s North End.

In addition to the 70+ photos from the procession of Saint Padre Pio, I captured these video clips from last Sunday, June 24, 2012. The video includes scenes from the carrying the statue of Saint Pio through the streets of Boston’s North End and inside Pizzeria Regina.
