139-143 Richmond Street (at 188 North Street), David Veo has filed an application with the Boston Board of Appeal to allow take-out service associated with the plans for a new restaurant in the first-floor retail space on North Street.

66 Cross Street, Nick Varano’s Famous Deli, Nicola Varano has filed an application with the Licensing Board for the City of Boston for a C.V. 7-Day Malt and Wine License.

396 Hanover Street, formerly Contrada’s Coffee Shop, Daniel Delia has filed an application with the Boston Board of Appeal to remove the condition restricting take-out service “to this petitioner only,” and has also filed an application with the Licensing Board for the City of Boston for C.V. 7-day license for the sale of food. A new business owner seeks to continue take-out (breakfast and lunch only).

The ZLC Committee will discuss the scope of the discussion scheduled for the February 9, 2012, NEWRA regular monthly meeting with the City’s Chief of Energy and Environmental Services (a cabinet position overseeing the city departments of Environment, Parks and Recreation, and Inspectional Services.
