A new lighting scheme was unveiled on Tuesday evening on the Old Northern Avenue Bridge where LED lights have been installed to adorn the historic structure. It was chilly but clear New Year’s Eve and thousands came out to watch the midnight fireworks over Boston Harbor as part of First Night 2014.
