Anthony Massari of Boston Common Coffee at 97 Salem St. is applying to Boston’s Licensing Board for a Common Victualler (CV) license. Despite operating for seven years, a recent inspection revealed the lack of a retail food and drink service license (non-alcoholic). The video shows applicant’s presentation to the North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) on October 12, 2011. After a brief discussion, NEWNC unanimously voted, 5-0, to support the application.
