Waterfront Cafe Bar & Grill, 450 Commercial St., is the winner of the June 2011 Good Neighbor Recognition Award from the Clean Streets Committee, part of the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA). Restaurants and property owners are selected by the committee for keeping their sidewalk and gutters consistently clean of trash and garbage.
