The Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy has issued a new Request for Proposals (RFP) for high-quality food/beverage vendors on the Greenway. You can download the RFP and submission forms from the Conservancy’s website at

The 2010 vending pilot program generated a tremendous response, and the Conservancy now seeks vendors to begin operations in Spring 2011. The goal of the vending program is to provide a great public amenity, so the focus for vendor selection will be on serving the needs of park visitors with distinctive, tasty, affordable offerings. The Conservancy will enforce the highest standards for appearance, cleanliness, and service level, and expects vendors to make their operations (and offerings) as environmentally sustainable as possible.
RFP submissions are due by January 5, 2011 at 11AM. An optional meeting for potential respondents will be held on Monday, December 13, 2010 at 3PM at 185 Kneeland Street. Further details about the program and submission requirements can be found in the RFP document.
