Special Presentation 7:20 PM – 8:20 PM
Update on Neighborhood Supermarket Plans: Trinity Financial, which was recently designated by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to develop Parcel 2A/B in the Bulfinch Triangle, will give a presentation on the revised development plans and the plans to include a supermarket within the proposed building. Parcel 2A/B is bounded by New Chardon Street, North Washington Street, Valenti Way and Canal Street. The developer proposes to construct a building with up to 257 luxury apartments above a new supermarket. Trinity will provide an update on the plans, including the status of the supermarket lease. Time will be provided for comments and questions.
