North End/Waterfront businesses have partnered with Peekaboo Mobile to offer residents and visitors special discounts and offers. Although offering deals in 14 states, Chief Operating Officer and Founder, Ben Dolgoff, is a North End resident who started Byte Ventures and created Peekaboo Mobile with fellow Suffolk University graduate, Michael Fruzzetti.
Peekaboo Mobile is a new mobile application currently on the iPhone (soon to be on Android & Blackberry) that enables consumers to pull up a map on their smartphone to find coupons, discounts and promotions from area boutiques, restaurants, cafes, etc. It uses the iPhone GPS so that no matter where you are, you can launch Peekaboo and it will find all of the offers near your current location. It is like always have coupons in your pocket. Customers just show the iPhone screen to the store to “redeem” the coupon. Download the Peekaboo Mobile app.
