Planned service includes breakfast and dinner, with no bar. The applicant has revised the application to a midnight closing hour, 7 days. There are currently 90 alcohol pouring licenses in the neighborhood, by NEWRA’s count. NEWRA’s Alcohol Licensing Policy includes a cap of 91 pouring licenses.

Boston Public Works Commissioner Joanne Massaro – NEWRA welcomes newly appointed Public Works Commissioner Joanne Massoro, who will discuss her vision and plans for trash disposal, recycling and neighborhood cleanliness.

There are already 91 pouring licenses for this small neighborhood. I think that’s more than enough.
According to this agenda put out by NEWRA there are 90 licenses, not 91. It also states that NEWRA’s policy is a 91 license cap. So…why shouldn’t this restaurant get one?
