About 33 students from the North End’s Eliot Elementary School visited At-Large Councillor John Connolly. The kids sang a couple of songs, showed off their knowledge about City Hall, and got to sit at the councillor’s desks in the Council Chambers.
The Eliot K-8 School celebrated the Lunar New Year this week with a parade through the streets of Boston’s North End. Elena Barbara has started a “climbing Bunker Hill Monument campaign” to raise money for the 14 victims of the Boston Marathon attacks who are now amputees.
