The Nazzaro Center’s Youth Program Band performed a “Tribute to Bobby D.” on Monday, May 24th to a large outdoor crowd. The band played under the direction of Musical Director Jeremy Sarzana and Junior Band Assistant John Romano. The program started with “Taps” in memory of Bobby DeCristoforo, a staunch supporter of the band, who always lived by the belief that all children should be able to pursue their dreams and did everything in his power to help achieve them.
At the conclusion of the musical program, North End Against Drugs presented its twelve scholarships for the coming year for a total amount of $8,000.
