The Boston Water and Sewer Commission (BWSC) will hold a meeting at 145 Commercial Street (Christopher Columbus Plaza) at 6:00 PM regarding construction scheduled to begin on June 7, 2010, at Richmond Street, Commercial Street and Atlantic Avenue, to repair leaking sewers that may be causing groundwater depletion in the immediate area.
An 18-inch sewer on Richmond Street, between Atlantic Avenue and Commercial Street, will be replaced with open trench construction, and a sewer on Atlantic Avenue will be relined.
