The Friends of the North End Branch Library are holding their annual book sale (plus DVDs, CDs, Books on Tape) on Saturday, May 22nd from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The books are new or gently used.

The sale will be at the North End Branch Library located at 25 Parmenter Street in the North End.  Sale tables will line the sidewalks and be on the inside of the library as well.

In case of rain, the event will be held on Saturday, June 5th – same time, same location.

In a timely mailing received on Election Day comes the officer election results for the Friends of the North End Branch Library. The November newsletter announced that the volunteer positions were uncontested with one slate being moved unanimously.
