Christine (Guarino) of Boston’s North End passed away on April 1, 2010 at the age of 96. Born in Boston on December 2, 1913 to the late Giuseppe and Concetta Guarino, Christine is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years Pasquale (Pat) Barrasso of Boston’s North End, her daughters Elaine O’Brien and husband John of Feeding Hills, MA, and Patricia Hogan and husband James of Lynn, MA, two grandchildren, Tara O’Brien of Ludlow, MA and John O’Brien III and his wife Gretchen of Hampton Falls, NH. Christine was predeceased by her brothers Tony, Lawrence, Virigillo, Freddie and sister Grace Como. Christine loved having her family around, especially during the holidays. She will be sadly missed by everyone. Christine’s family wants to thank her nephew Joe Como, his wife Linda and their two children for all their help. Funeral from the Boston Harborside Home of JS Waterman & Sons-Langone, 580 Commercial Street, BOSTON on Wednesday April 7 at 8:45 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Leonard’s Church, Hanover Street, Boston at 9:45 A.M.
