0280 – Message and order to accept the provisions of Chapter 40T of the Massachusetts General Laws, enacted as Chapter 26 of the Acts of 2010, An Act Relative to Unpaid Municipal Fines. (Ed: This is the Green Ticket law recently passed by the State legislature and signed by the Governor. More information.)
0286 – Petition of Super Tours Upper deck Trolley Tours, for a license to operate motor vehicles for the carriage of passengers for hire over certain streets in Boston.
Councilor LaMattina offered the following:
0308 – Order for a hearing to discuss and examine how the city plans to accommodate Segway users.
Councilor Ross offered the following:
0310 – Order approving a petition for a Special Law re: An Act Authorizing the City of Boston Parks and Recreation Commission to Lease Certain Real Property under its control and owned by the City of Boston.
0311 – Order that, in accordance with Article 97 of the Massachusetts Constitution, policies be established and implemented so as to enter into lease agreements for the use of the Comfort Station (“Duck House” as it is called) in the Back Bay Fens and the Men’s Comfort Station (“Pink Palace” as it is called) on Boston Common.
