The North End has always been a popular place for Bruins players to live given the proximity to the Garden. Banker & Tradesman reports that Milan Lucic, a 21 year-old Bruins forward, has bought a condo at 50 Fleet St. for $1.65 million from teammate P.J. Axelsson who has left the NHL.
In case you are a neighbor, it is probably best to avoid picking a fight with the new North Ender. B&T points out that Lucic has a reputation, as displayed in the 2008 video clip below.
