Christmas Trolley Tour Stops in North End

The City of Boston’s Christmas Trolley Tour stopped in the North End on Sunday, December 6th in front of the Paul Revere Mall (Prado). Mayor Menino is still recuperating, so District 1 City Councilor Sal LaMattina introduced Santa and the lighting of the tree to a crowd of kids who had gathered for the appearance. The trolley tour also had a host of singers and treats with guns of confetti. The Prado was also the site of NEMPAC’s craft market that ran through the afternoon. Next Sunday, catch the Christmas Parade with Santa arriving by helicopter (See North End Christmas Parade – Dec. 13th).
