Pagluica’s Restaurant at 14-16 Parmenter Street received a “Sustained with Provisos” decision from the Zoning Board of Appeal. This generally means approved with conditions. The restaurant was seeking to expand into the basement area with 16 seats and to amend its beer, wine & cordials license to serve those 16 additional seats. The change was supported by the neighborhood groups.
