The restaurant was seeking to expand into the basement area with 16 seats and to amend its beer, wine & cordials license to serve those 16 additional seats. Boston Harbor Hotel at Rowes Wharf has applied to the Boston Licensing Board to expand its existing 2:00 am closing all-alcohol license to include the distance from just the abutting area around the building to the water line. The change would also define the outdoor license as the rear of 30-70 Rowes Wharf.
