Dear BLS Parents, Friends and Neighbors of Beacon Hill, North End & West End,
Julia Forbes, parent of Heather ’15 and myself Janet Sweeney, Peter ’12 have volunteered to coordinate our neighborhoods to support the BLS Auction and 375th Birthday Celebration. We are hoping to reach all fifty-five families currently enrolled at BLS as well as friends and local businesses. The Auction will be held on Friday, December 4, 2009 at The Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School.
We are expected to put together several baskets representing our neighborhhoods. Donations of gift certificates or any other items are greatly apprecitated. A monetary donation of any amount is helpful too, we will purchase items for the baskets. Of course, as always we would love additional volunteers to assist us with this neighborhood project! Attached please find solicitation letters and sponsorship info. Bring them with you to your favorite local business, if we can get one or two donations from each family our neighborhoods will be well represented.
